2025-2026 AGM
The Lake Taupō Yacht Club’s Annual General Meeting will take place at the LTYC club rooms, Ferry Road, Taupo on Sunday, 28 June 2026 at 11.00 am.
Remits: members who wish to submit a Notice of Motion to the AGM need to have it received by the Secretary no later than Sunday 31 May 2026.
Please note that no Notice of Motion will be accepted after that date unless it is related to an unforeseen emergency and is agreed to by the Commodore.
Nominations for the Flag Officers: written nominations with the nominee’s acceptance need to have been received by the Secretary no later than Sunday 31 May 2026.
As per the Lake Taupō Yacht Club constitution, to be eligible to be nominated for a Flag Officer position, the nominee must have served one year on the Lake Taupō Yacht Club committee.
Nominations for General Committee must be received by AGM, 28 June 2026.
